Noted Bharatanatyam artiste Smt Bala Devi Chandrasekhar delivered performance and participatory workshop at the University of Arts, Reykjavik on 21 Oct 2021.
The event forms part of the "AzadiKaAmritMahotsav" celebrations organised with local partners commemorating India@75.
Students from the University, Indian nationals, and Friends of India attended the event that was followed by a lively Q&A session.
Ambassador B. Shyam indicated that Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) scholarships for dance are available for those willing to learn at reputed cultural institutions in India.
